!
The extension is available in macOS 10.12 and later.
To install Clean Links you can either download the latest prebuild extension from the releases tab, or you can clone the repository and build it yourself.
After that double click on the extension to install it. Navigate to Safari -> Preferences -> Extensions
and make sure Clean Links Extension and Clean Links Content Blocker are enabled.
You should see the extension icon next to the url bar, indicating that the extension has been successfully activated.
Tracking tokens from the following services are stripped:
Clean Links also does more than just removing tracking parameters, you can read more about it's privacy features in the Privacy section.
If this extension was useful to you or you want to support the project, I would be very grateful if you buy me a cup of coffee.
