Js Map Parser Versions Save

• just an N++ plugin release right now
• updated dllexport data for x64 builds
• updated used nuget packages
• updated ilmerge tool
• updated to dotnet framework 4
• appveyor.yml CI for VS2015 and VS2017

This is updated package to be compatible with VS2017.

Binary is here. JsMapParser.VsExtension.vsix.zip

You need to remove ".zip" extension because GitHub does not allow to upload ".vsix" files anymore.

4.1 Release

• Updated UI to have ability to customize themes and font size used to display treeview.
• Added ability to customize theme colors, so colors will not be automatically fetched from current Visual Studio theme.
• Improved Notepad++ plugin implementation.
• Removed visual studio 2008 addin code.

This is the first release of JavaScript Map Parser for Notepad++
